word-wrap: break-word;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Preparazione:</span></pre><pre style="white-space: pre-wrap; word-wrap: break-word;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Pulire i carciofi togliendo le foglie più dure, lavarli lasciandoli in ammollo con acqua fredda e un goccio di limone, tagliarli a fettine sottili.Lessare le patate con la buccia, nel frattempo mettere un pò di olio extra vergine di oliva in una padella, tritare il cipollotto e farlo soffriggere dolcemente, aggiungere i carciofi, il prezzemolo e lasciare cuocere aggiungendo eventualmente dell'acqua calda fino a quando non saranno morbidi.Pelare le patate, tagliarle a pezzetti, aggiungere i carciofi, la fetta di prosciutto tagliata grossolanamente, il timo e l'origano freschi spezzettati con le mani o tritati a coltello, il formaggio grana, il sale,il pepe e un goccio di olio extra vergine di oliva.Preriscaldare il forno a 180 gradi (ventilato), disporre il primo foglio di pasta sfoglia in una pirofila, bucherellarne il fondo con una forchetta, versare il composto livellandolo e sovrapporre il secondo foglio arriccindone i bordi con quelli della sfoglia inferiore fino a chiudere la torta.Infornare per circa 35-40 minuti fino a quando non avrà assunto un colore brunito.</span></pre><pre style="white-space: pre-wrap;
